Oral Hygiene Treatment

Next to teeth spaces, so called pockets, can occur that are difficult to clean. During tooth brushing these are difficult to access so they can cause the accumulation of new bacteria.
In this case it is necessary to use special oral hygienic instruments such as the floss, or the interdental brush. If paradontal disease is untreated, the destruction of the supporting tissues can lead to the loosening of teeth, and finally to tooth loss. All these can be avoided if we start regular dental treatments in time. The untreated and progressed paradontal disease can make causative agents get into the blood-stream from the oral cavity. Thus it can effect the general condition of the organism unfavourably.
Today more and more evidences come to light about the relationships between the most deadly diseases (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes) and the diseases of oral cavity, primarily the paradontal disorders.
